10-Day return policy - You have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a full return, your item must be in the same condition as when it was purchased, unworn or unused if new. If your refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via the original payment method. Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Damaged Merchandise - If your item(s) arrive defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us and we will evaluate the issue on a case by case basis. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packaging.
Exceptions / non-returnable items - Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on open items.
Exchanges - If your item does not qualify for a return, we may consider an exchange for store credit or in-store goods. Please contact us to review.
Pre-orders - Once we confirm your order, you will be responsible for payment upon pickup.
